We've teamed up with a fantastic courier network who deliver all of our parcels, we use them because they are reliable and cost effective, which means we can make delivery cost effective for you.

When your order is ready to be shipped we will send you an email to let you know when to expect arrival, if this is not convenient then please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a more suitable time. We generally email you the day before we book the delivery to give you some time to contact us if it is not convenient.

Once your items have been dispatched from us you will in most cases recieve them the next day before 4pm.

Tracking an order

To track an order please visit our couriers website, and enter the delivery postcode and consignment number, you will have recieved the consignment number by email once your delivery is on its way.
